Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Estimated delivery: United States [7–14] business days · Europe [7–14] business days · Rest of world [10–21] business days. Timeframes are estimates and start when your order ships, not when it's placed.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email studio@saltfire.us with your order number and we'll chase it down.
Returns & Refunds
30-day returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging — trying it on to check fit is fine, training in it first is not.
To start a return, email studio@saltfire.us with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. We'll send the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Damaged, defective, or wrong items: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
EU & UK customers additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods — no reason required. Items marked final sale cannot be returned unless defective.

We do our best to display colors, measurements, and details accurately, but slight variations can occur. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors. An order is accepted when we send shipping confirmation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALTFIRE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law, including EU consumer protections. These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America.
